t bolt clamps...
i ordered some 4" aluminum pipe and silicone coupler...i'm not exactly sure which t bolt clamp to buy...should i go a lil bit oversize and get the 4.25" or just stick with 4" clamp??? any help would be appreciated...

A good company will post the actual thickness of the coupler walls, more-so than just 3 or 4 ply. They will also list the size range for the clamps
Take the wall thickness, double it and add it to the pipe size. Usually this is still within the range of the clamp
My intake has 4" pipe and 3 ply couplers with .20" wall thickness. 4" clamps fit over the couplers no problem. Bear in mind the TB and MAF are not even numbers, the TB is 3.90" and the MAF is either 3.40" or 3.75". You will be cranking the clamps down quite a bit. I had to add a few washers near my TB because the clamp threads maxed out
