Using 4th gen F body trans lines on 1st gen F body What's the chances of them being pretty much a direct bolt on? They would be great for reliability reasons over rubber and cheaper than AN ss braided stuff. I'm having a hard time locating the lines. It seems like the salvage yards cut them when jerking the LS1 out. Just wanted to check before going through a bunch of hassle running some down. Thanks

theres a very good chance the can go right in. I've used the stock radiator and trans cooler lines off 4th gens in a 62 bel air and a 66 impala so far. Not even really tweaking them either, went right in, no cutting or anything. just like they were made for it!
