A little too vague as to what you're trying to do. Usually it's just a flare nut and a hose clamp depending on if it's the low or high pressure side. A lot of times where the hose clamps are the hose bonds to the pipe, get a pair of pliers and/or channel locks to give a twist to break the bond.

remove the pulley and use a flare wrench. You can pick up a cheap pulley remover / installer from most parts store.

Power Steering & Alternator Pulley –
• Harbor Freight online - 40749-0VGA ($20)
• KD TOOLS 2897 - PULLEY REMOVER AND INSTALLER POWER STEERING PUMP/ALTERNATOR ($45-58)
• Snap On Power Steeting/Alternator Pulley Puller CJ117C
• Snap On Power Steering Pulley Installer CJ122
• Astro #7874
• Astro #7847

Well.. you can take a old wrench and grind it down in width and the side to get it to fit in.. Bicycle wrench might also work..
