LS1mustang: I'm having problems with my glide install Foxbody stang
pulled out the th350 and installing a glide. The glide is about 1" wider than the th350. The drivers side header is in the way. I can't get to any off the pan bolts or the shifter linkage. I'm using Ford 351 headers with LS1 flanges. Has anyone had this problem? If so how did you fix this problem. Looks like the header/exhaust needs to be modified.
