Default Harness questions

Hey everyone. I have a 6.0 lq9 and i also have the harness that came with the motor. Its for the motor and 4l80e. Problem is the motor is going in a toyota 4x4 and I need it to be repined so that is will work with the motor and a turbo tranny. Basically a 6 spd harness out of this harness. I also need the obd port to work for tuning the vehicle. WHats the best way to do this. I didnt get the whole complete obd harness i just undid the port and cut the I think 4 wires back about 6 inches. THanks so much for the info

Call speartech, current performance and wait4me performance and see who can do it for you for the cheapest. There are other companies that do custom harness mods but those 3 are all I can think of.

did you check out the FAQ sticky wiring info? There isn`t really anything special that needs to be done to that harness to make it work. You could strip the extra wires out or just leave them hanging. Your motor will have better driveability if you figure out some way to put in a park/neutral switch and VSS, but you can get away without them.
