Default ls1 steam line?

i have heard i need a steam line in the top of the water pump. but when i do that were does the other end of the hose go too?
am runing a fast 92mm intake with a nick will. 92mm tb.

Try a search.. this gets discussed frequently. Several choices as to where it should be run...

i have tryed but they just talk about were to put it at like the water pump are the heater hose, r on the raditor.

If you're talking about where there other end connects on the motor, its to the steam pipe on the top of the heads in the valley

hey man, u got all the answer for me i have the cross over pipe for the front an it has a hose on it now for the dealer. so i though it went somewere eles. so i just need to drill the water pump an get a longer hose's for it to reach the cross over pipe then..

u dont have to modify the water pump i just cut out a section of upper radiator hose right in front of the radiator took a pipe that fit inside iit real well about 4 inchs long then drilled and welded a smaller pipe perpendicular to the bigger pipe right in the center of the 4 inch pipe. then just ran a rubber hose for the steamline from the crossover tube to the upper radiator hose. its much easier and doesnt risk messin ur pump up from metal shards
