Default Obd ii port gen iv wiring help

Just wired my 78' Jeep with 2007 LC9 harness and PCM. The car does not run, it starts but shuts right off (see other thread).
The MIL light comes on but the OBDII scanner comes on and beeps, displays "READ" but does not continue to reading the codes?

I have the OBD port wired as such:

Pin 4 and 5 -ground
Pin 16 - B+ unswitched
Pin 6 - ISO 15765-4 CAN High (tan #2500 to PCM)
Pin 14 - ISO 15765-4 CAN Low (tan/blk #2501 to PCM)

Attachment shows the place on my ECM I wired the data into as #2500 and 2501 data lines. Other suggestions had pin 2 wired as serial data, but where on this pcm would that pin even go to?

Really need some help here!

Most info people have posted shows pin 2 going to "serial Data" but I don't see anyplace on my pcm wiring that that would go to? Has'nt anyone done this on a 2007 up PCM yet?
