They are being mocked-up at Hedman, it shouldn't be more than a couple weeks before they are building them, and then about another week for them to be coated. We are going to ask them to build atleast 10 sets on the intial production run, as soon as they have them mocked-up I'll post pics and as soon as they are done coating we'll have them available.

We will be offering them as coated headers, but they can ordered uncoated. The right header is done and they are building the jig for it. The driver's header is being built, on the late model you will have to relocate the proportioning valve to make room. We will have detailed instructions on how to bend the lines aand where to place them in the instructions.

Yes the pricing is the same as the first gen kit. Here's a couple pictures of the headers during mock-up. The tab on the bottom of the tubes will not e there on the production headers, but the mock-up header needs it on the bottm while the jig is built.

The headers come ceramic coated. The mid length will be $499, the 1 3/4" long tube headers will be $669. As you can see in the pictures these are inside the frame long tubes. The only mods to the vehicle will be the body seam on the passanger side has to bent flat and on the driver's side the prop valve needs to be reloacted under the master cylinder. I bent the 90 degree lines from the master cylinder to preop valve 180 degrees (into a U shape), removed the bracket from the prop valve and re-installed the lines. We are putting a section in the installation guide the shows you how to do it in detail. The header come with a bolt-on collector (slip-fit) and one fo the tubes is cut free from the other to make installation easier on the passanger side. I'll go through the pictures and find one from the top side and post it when I can log-on the computer that has all of our photos on it.
