Default Fantasy LSx swaps

Ok I think this is prolly the best place to post this. If you could an LS based engine into any car/truck what would you do. Money time and skill are no object purely fantasy.

Mine
S10 extreme "syclone" LS7TT with a T56 adapted to a full time t-case to make it all wheel drive
69 camaro LS9 protouring
98-02 F-Body w/ a duramax
71 chevelle lq4 turbo T56 (actually workin on this one)

And

A 99 escort super sleep w/ LS2 w/ a T56

Please post yours up interested in what some other people think.

I think many of not all of these have been done to some degree.. there has been swap using diesel engine in cars already.

There is not much that will surprise you now adays as far as swap and conversions.

1. 69 camaro with a pro charged ls2 or ls3. Pro touring style.
2. 98 up s-10 would be cool.
3. 67 chevy step side with a LM7 or LQ4 street truck.
4. A mallet Saturn sky LS2.

And for another drag car I would love to pick up an old pinto and put a mild ls1 in it. And leave it looking junky. But fast.

I would LOVE to take a 1995-96 Jaguar XJS convertible and put a L92/L99/LS3 with a mild cam in it. Awesome summer cruiser!

This was one I had to sleep on. I was thinking about the Viper and the Skyline has been done.

1. Shelby Cobra
2. Ferrari Enzo
3. Buggati Veyron
4. 1966 Jaguar E-Type
5. Plymouth Superbird

As for that Prius, that would have to be all out over the top, 572 BBC. There is a ricer car show on Wed. nights here, and I managed to convince one of them my buddy had a Prius with a 572 and a Cadillac FWD transmission in the back of the Prius.

Fantasy was built... and forsale for your driving pleasure over in the classifieds. 1973 datsun 240z with LS3 hot cam crate engine with T65 trans. 600 lbs lighter than a Mini Cooper with just shy of 500 hp. 11's on everyday Yokohama street tires.

Link of it spanking a firebird in the 1/4 mile.

Id like to build a twin turbo LS3 powered sprint car. moderate budget, something in the 1000hp range in a 1500 lb chassis. Shouldnt have any trouble taking out the arial atom. Street legal of course, which has been done plenty. This is actually high on my list of a realistic build as soon as I buy a house. Like everything else these days, mass production of chassis has dropped the price on a roller substantially ( you can even get a chinese built thing...) it would be hard to build something that would out run that 0-180ish. Thinking that chassis but instead of a live rear, going with a 'vette IRS set up. summer ground pounder, drag strip terror!
