Default Not getting full throttle with pedal on DBC

Anyone run into this problem before. Searched but did not see anything relevant most seems to be with dbw setups. on an 89 suburban which is the old old body style truck when the pedal is floored only get a little over half throttle opening on TB. Using a 98 tahoe cable, but don't think thats the issue. I need more pedal travel or someway to change the ratio.

Any thoughts on this. Maybe an 96-99 pedal might bolt in and work?

bend the pedal below the fulcrum....or change the throttle wheel. if your using a 00-02 ls1 throttle body switch the wheel to the 98-99 ls1 throttle body, i had the same problem and that fixed it

You can only bend it so far. To make up the last little bit I used crimp on fishing weights
