Default Trailblazer SS

I recently purchased a LS-2 out of a TB SS, The pulley system looks similar to the truck set, Are They the same or can I use this front set-up to go in a 69 Camero. The alternator is on top but appears lower than the truck set-ups. Will the pan work, (The weird one with the hole in it)? If not which pan should I use? LS-1? Thanks, Bill

you can use the FEAD if everything clears. MIGHT be dependant on which mounts (how high) you use. Oil pan........ I doubt it. I am not positive but F-body typically fit most cars.

The oil pan is a front sump and has a hole through the middle for the front axle to pass through. You'll most likely need to change it out as it'll hit the sub frame in most applications. I went to a Camaro pan. When you have the pan out remember to punch out the dip stick tube hole in the block because the Camaro oil pan doesn't have a dipstick hole like your current oil pan does.

not to high-jack but... does the TBSS Intake fit in a first gen or do you need to swap it out to the car one?
