Default LS1 cam

If I was going to put in a cam into my LS1 should I do before I put in the motor into the chevelle or after?

Unless you like standing on your head while you work, I'd do it B4..Easier to degree it in.
I'd also do the oil pump port mod, and even consider changing lifter buckets. Easier to change valve springs, too.

while yes it is easier to work on with the motor out of the car I took the other option & waited till I got my motor all wired up & running before doing any mods to the motor. I just didnt want to be chasing swap/wiring issues AND tunning issues because I put a big cam in it before I ever got it running right....
