Default 5.3/T56 swap, S10 or Colorado?

I'm looking to build a reliable daily driver. I like the updated looks of the Colorado, but I like the simplicity of the S10, known reliability, and I also know my way around them.

Are there any reasons I WOULD NOT want to do a Colorado?

I'd vote for the Colorado simply for the added interior space.. The only thing that I would say is that your initial cost of picking one up is going to be much more expensive and you'll have to do alot more fabricating of parts because I don't think the swap is as popular.

Why not just buy a 5.3L Colorado?
