Default oil pan for 85 regal? LH8 or f-body?

Which oil pan should be used for an 85 regal swap? Is it the lh8 pan that hangs down alot lower? Car sits low in the front and dont want to catch anything but also don't want to mod anything for the pan to fit. If either is better then the other does anyone have a part number for the complete kit with everything in it? Thanks guys

I have did a lot of research and it seems like the cts-v oil pan works it might hang about an inch below the cross member, depending on the swap plates you are using and its like 280$$ total for everything

not sure on the motor mounts i have been doing alot of research and might go with the spohn mounts and the stock f-body motor mounts. What about a complete kit part number for the cts-v pans?? I know they have a complete kit including everything for the LH8 pans. Thanks

I'm doing a 87 GN with a ly6/4L80E and i will be using the CTSV pan. Pick it up on here new for 150. The only thing i don't know about is the oil drain plugs is pointed right at the converter. Don't know if there will be issues with it.

I am using lh8 pan on my chevelle and other than the price ($130) I am not all that impressed with it. It doesn't fit all that great as they kinda lead you to believe. Don't really know what kind of frame clearance you have to deal with but I will prolly be switching to a f body pan in the future.
