Default Fuel filter for a system with a return line?

What filters are people using for a system with a full return line. IE a truck motor. I picked up a late model silverado filter to match my motor (2002 5.3), but it has some weird fittings on both ends. Id rather not have to switch out the fuel rail to go return less, and Im hoping I can find a filter with normal, or specifically inverted flare fittings on it.

Correction: I used a 35 micron after the pump: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EAR-230106ERL/

and supposedly you should use a 100micron before the pump.

Everything there is on the corvette filter. I want a filter without the regulator in it, and off the shelf.

I use a 05 up Mustang GT filter in line before my pump and I connected it to the hardlines with standard compression fittings. Only downside is needing a new ferule when the filter is changed...but those are very cheap.

Made for a quick, easy, no hassle setup.

I used a filter for a 98 chevy pickup.
Looks like this. Its got them wierdo fittings, but NAPA has the Dorman repair kits to screw into the filter. Then use compression fittings on them hard lines.

Why not use the Corvette filter/regulator? Seems like it'd save you some trouble. That's what I used and it worked perfect.

$$$$ for a new fuel rail. My motor is a truck motor with a return system, not one of the returnless systems.

Thanks. I found a factory GM line that is 8' long with one of those 16mm fitting on each end. Im going to cut it up, bend it and use that. Just need to find a good JIC compression fitting for the ends so I can hook up the AN flex lines to the tank and fuel rail.

I just went and found a returnlees fuel rail and injectors for like $15.00 from a member from here. Then bought the vette filter/reg for $35.00.

I wish I could find a new fuel rail for that much. Best I saw was 3 times that much.

Put up a WTB add on the performancetrucks.net sister site. I paid $25 shipped for mine within about 2 hours.

Come to think of it, I ended up trading someone who WANTED a return style, so all I paid was shipping one way.
