This will be my second swap but I wanna see what everyone thinks

Should I do efi/4l80e or carbed/th350????
I'm gonna try my luck with the l92 heads this go around and will be using nitrous

This Is the car I'll be putting everything in

Damn! Beautiful car!!

I'd go for the efi/4l80e....but I may be a little biased...lol

The reason behind my build is to build a true street car. I want to be able to drive to the track bust a 10sec pass and drive home...

I'm doing a carbed 6.0/th400 build in my notch but I live in a small town so highway driving isn't a big concern.

By the looks of it is it safe to assume that the car is going to be a track only car?

that all depends on your budget and goals. the 4l80e is heavier and costs about twice as much as a th400/350 to build. i would go efi on the engine with either trans you go with. better tuning optoins, and is more dependable.

I'd like to keep the budget in check for sure and I don't really mind a carbed setup

And it will see some street time

I went with efi/th350 combo. Drive it 90-140 miles roundtrip each time I go to the track. no problems.

I went with the carb/700r4 combo in my 67 bird. Works well but tuning it can be a pain. In hindsight, efi would have been easier in the long run.

Carb that beotch for the budget, EFI if you got that cash i guess. I do carb because it was cheaper, i can tune it myself and i like keeping it simple.
