Yes sir. I thought it was stock when I bought it, but turns out it's beefed up a little bit. Detroit Locker and 373s. Not sure on axles, I had plans to do a spool, but my friend Richard discovered the locker and the gear change. I just hope it holds. If not spool it is.

This build looks almost exactly what I am doing. I am going HKE 408 built motor with heavly worked LS6 heads. I think your car should be mid to low 10s on motor once tuned right. I have some buddies with 351w running those numbers right now. I am shooting for low 9s on my build with nitrous running about 12.5:1 compression.

Are you keeping all stock interior or you going to cage it and make it into a race car?

I have a cold fusion plate kit right now on my car and works just fine. If I do nitrous on my the 408 I will get Nitro Daves to plumb a direct port. If I was to do a plate kit again I would just go with Cold Fusion. Its a easy install and maybe takes about 3-4 hours.

What made you go with a carb instead of fuel injected? I am in that decision making process right now. I know carb is quite cheaper but how will the tuning be affected? Ideas?

I went carb from the simple ease of things, as well as cost. It's your call, I've read a lot about going EFI and it being fairly simple, but it's really you and your wallets call.

Im doin a 2 Stg going into a single CF N20 carb plate with a Harris Edge+ handling the N20 stages, im only doin a 200 shot so the plate should be able to handle that.

Default belt tensioner?

Where did you get the belt tensioner? I'm looking at the same set-up, just alt and water pump.

It's a mix and match of truck pulleys and tensioners. Dale, the guy that is doing most the work, fab'd the alt bracket as he didn't want the alt to sit high on the truck bracket I had. I was going to buy a car bracket but when I showed up he had already made it.

You should not have too much throuble with the comp at 12-1. I have run ford stuff that high with no issues. Depends on the crank comp once you get it running. These things will take some squeeze.

Looks good

That thing should go 10.99 easy. I went 11.03 on my 1 and only pass burning it up no oil pressure. It was a mess.

The converter will leave alot of room to grow. there would be .3-.4 with just a conveter swap.

I would hope so.

What happened with your swap? You blew the motor or was that the ford motor?
