Default 5v reference question

okay guys, i'm finishing up my harness but have a few questions (i'm only working with the chiltons manual so its not that descriptive)

i'm using a 98 pcm but i'm sure the 99-02s are the same. i have a 98 ls1, and i'm getting ready to wire up the constants, keyed and ground sources. but i also have 2 5v reference wires that do not go to anything (according to my 98 pinout). now what should i do with them? are they the 5v reference supplies for engine senors, or are they 5v references for stuff like a/c or egr crap? (pin 65 and 67 on blue connector - 98 pcm)

thanks for the help

If you are not doing a full emmission swap, then you can delete them. 65 is the 5v reference for the EGR valve, and 67 is the 5v feed for the fuel tank pressure sensor.
