Truck engine into 65 Corvette ????????? Have a 1964 Corvette that I am rebuilding. I know most of the things will fit between the car and truck engines but was wondering about the truck intake and alt brackets will they fit under my stock hood?
I traded a 4.8 for a 6.0 from a 2000 pickup, he wants to install the 4.8 because he wants better fuel mileage.

I did an LQ9 6.0 swap in my 68 vette, pretty much the same frame as a C2. Intake, accessories, and oil pan need to be swapped.
But you may have a trans problem if you want to bolt a 2000 6.0 to a 4 speed manual trans. Do a seach here for 2000 6.0 crankshaft length.
