just cause these engines have been known to have oiling issues with high lateral gs, and at steep angles.

I used an improved racing baffle in my f-body pan.

thats badass though

Thats the problem your using an F body pan. From what I've read on here there are several people having no problem using the stock truck pan and have no loss of oil preasure on extreme angles. I have seen no problems yet personally. Knock on wood! lol

Thanks this is turning out to be a blast.

Bowtie What kind of mileage are you getting? I put a 5.3 LM7 in a 88 YJ running 4L60E with 4:10 gears running 33's and I am seeing about 14. I bought the HP tuner and I am working trying to get the mileage up better than where it is. I will say that it is a blast to drive.

a buddy of mine gets 17 with a 5.3 turbo 400 and 38s in his wrangler. Its a fun mud toy forsure. A turbo would make that thing real nasty.

Thanks for posting the pictures I was thinking they were long tubes looks like they are either thirties or mid length, I would love to find a long tube that would fit inside the frame.
