temp switch does anyone have a part number to a universal temp switch I can use to turn electric fans on. I am looking for one that grounds at a certain temp. I have tried the universal adjustable thermostats but after a few months they would go out and overheat my motor plus at $60 not something I want to change very often.

I understand about the computer but I also was looking for a switch for my truck so I didnt have to get it tuned plus I could use it on the non lsx applications

I don't have a part number but I used to use Volvo 240/740 fan switches.
They're ~$25 new, but a dime a dozen in the junk yards. the older ones have spade connectors. Not sure the exact temp' it grounds at, but I never had an issue w/ them.
