Default Tube on intake/ oil lines/(lq4/68 camaro swap questions)

I just got an lq4 for my 68 camaro. When I removed the harness I see a tube laying across the harness, not connected to anything. what is this tube?

Also, there are two oil lines by the oil filter. Can these be deleted?

Finally, there appears to be a vacuum port just beneath the throttle body by the TAC. What connects to this?

Thanks, guys!

The plastic tube is for the evap it goes onto that 2 wire solenoid on top of the intake. you dont need it.
The oil cooler lines can be deleted they un bolt and you replace them with a factory peice, someone will post a pic.
There should be 2 small ports on the Throttle body, coolent ran through there from the factory, it works fine without connecting them. unless you live in a relly cold climate.
