will a b.o.p tranny bolt to an ls1 im in the process of doing a gbody swap an a buddy wants to an ls swap also but he has a cutllass and was wondering if his b.o.p tranny will have any issues bolting up to it i know there is a hole you leave out in the th350 to ls and a flexplte spacer other than that will everything else work has anyone done this swap before any info will help thanks

The answer is yes, sort of. It depends on what trans he has in the cutlass. If its a 200r4 then it should bolt right up because supposedly all of them were cast with a dual bolt pattern housing. If its a BOP housing only trans, then he would have to run an adapter plate.

Wonder if the 6L80 will fit a BOP engine. Don't see any reason why it would but thought I'd ask. I'll probably change engine and trans in my older Riviera but a 6 sp behind that 430 ci Buick would be cool as well.
