Default No VSS with GPS speedo a problem?

Putting an LS2 to a super t-10 4 speed unitl I can afford a 6 spd. My plan is to remove the VSS and add a GPS speedo. My questions is for those not running VSS I have read alot people having issues with idle, stalling ect.
There must be a way?

Just get a VSS that will screw onto the cable speedo connection on your tranny. Dakota Digital and Jags That Run both sell them.

I had stalling issues. I bought a VSS from dakota digital and solved the problem. I didn't even bother to have the ecu calibrated for the DD pulse per mile.

I bought a dakota digital unit that I put on my car but replaced with a b&m unit before the car was ever started. If you decide to go that route let me know and will cut you a deal on it.
From what I have read it doesn't matter what the signal is saying, the comp just needs to know whether the car is moving or not so the (mechanical) speedo itself does not even have to be correct.
