What do I need v6 sierra to 5.3 I have a 01 sierra an I want to put a 5.3 in it, does it require just mount harness an engine etc. Or does it need subframe an all that?

Doe's it have a vortec 4300 now? The subframes are the same. You will need to relocate the frame stands because the v6 uses different positions. You'll also need to get a 5.3 harness and change the intank pump. If you can get lucky enough to find a complete harness from the jy then it could possibly be a plug n play swap depending if the option list of your vehicle and the donor vehicle is similar.
