how hard is it to make a standalone harness or rewire a ls1 harness?

I did my own using the descriptions in Pocket's threads. I didn't think it was hard to do, but I haven't tried to start the car. Search for the threads from Pocket there is a lot of info in them.

TomM, I used your thread but forgot your name. I appreciate all of you who take the time to make these tutorials for the less knowledgeable. There is no way I could do this project without help.
