Question Is this a DBW ?

I just picked this up yesterday its out of an 07 TB/SS. How can I tell if its a DBW throttle body? I did not get a peddle with the deal but I can get back to the J/Y I bought it from and ask for it if need be.... and yeah I'm Stoked!!!

Thank, Tony

well you cant see the tb in the pics (angle, and its taped up) but it looks like theres a solenoid on top, meaning it is dbw (the cylindrical deal is what operates the tb blade)

also if its really from an 07 i think its gotta be dbw

Make sure you get the Throttle Control Module too.

The gen4 motors don't have a separate module. The pcm controls the throttle body.

I hate to sound harsh, but if you can't tell if it has DBW, you need to do some reading. That will be a big part of how you end up doing your harness and tuning. The TB, TAC module, pedal, and ecm all need to be compatible (which is why it's best to get all that stuff from one source). This was something that inevitably led me to just using a cable TB and another ECM... that and peoples suggestions on the feel of a DBW.
