Default Help with Powering ECU 03' 5.3 vortec

I have swapped the 5.3 into my truck with a 4l60e trans. I have the engine wiring harness plugged into the motor and ready to go. I have the ECU hooked up as well.

My biggest question is how do i go about powering the ECM thru the Under hood fusebox that came with the engine. The car cranks and i get fuel but the computer is not turning on and i have no power to the fuses though i have the fuse box grounded and Batt power. If there is a write up somewhere that would be great. I have searched for a good while this week, but all i seem to find people talking about the swap but not actually what they do to power the ecu. I know i can get a pre-fabbed wiring harness but i would rather use the factory harness i already have.

thank kevin

yeah i was kinda pulling my hair out last night trying to go thru alldatapro.com looking for the right wire schematic and what not. I have everything i need so far that i know of. i just need to get the motor started before i put all the final touches and run the wiring harness as clean as possible.
