Hptuners or efi live. If you completely ditch the maf, you need to wire in an intake air temp sensor.

hire a tuner

for the IATS you can install one inside your intakes bellows (however you may have it setup)

usually an initial tune is a few hundred bucks for a dyno tune.

Go to DIY autotune and pick up a IATS and pigtail. $30
Find a good spot to drill/tap/install it.

2 Wires out of the maf harness (5 total) are the IATS wires. Determine these by the specific pin-out diag for your harness.

Swap out your current MAP sensor with a cobalt 2 bar map sensor from "frost" or the generic 3bar sensor (will need to de-pin and rewire). ~$80

Get a tuner or tuning program (tuner recommended if you don't know about tuning in general) and get the proprietary software installed. $400+ for the tuner or ??? for a dyno tune.

Sorry, why would you change the MAP to a 2 or 3 BAR? OP never said anything about a blower. All your doing is losing resolution by (needlessly) increasing the range...
