Default ecu question

so as some may know im doing an lq4 swap in my 74 stingray. Now ive got everything all set up and need to the wiring. This would be my first time wiring up a car so my question is i need an ecu the motor is a 5.3 but it has an ls1 intake manifold and DBC , i got a wiring harness from a 5.3 DBC and an ls1 fuel rail and injectors. what ecu should i buy? a 5.3 or is one from a camaro okie?

I would recommend a 411 red/blue pcm tuned for that setup. Would need to know what year the intake/injector setup is from and what trans you will be using. If you cant find one, we have them in stock, PM me.

I'm also looking for a wiring harness for my lq4. I'm running a glide behind it don't need emissions either. How much will 1 run me?

Well my buddy had it behind his 496 and when he sold the chassis he sold the motor and gave me a dam good deal on it. Before he gave it to me he took it back to get freshend up he told me it would easily handle 900-1000hp. I believe him cuz he had the same kind be hind his 632 putting out 1150hp. It does have a trans brake and its a manual valve body. I love this trans it ran really good be hind my big block I think its going to run better behind the lsx.

I have a buddy that told me he he talked to you he said that he was told for around $800 he would get harness,ecm and fuel pump with filter/regulator. Is this correct?

It would be $845 with free shipping. There is an $85 core credit you can receive if you send a PCM in to us. There needs to be a note in the box with the PCM core.
