i've been working a little here and there trying to get the turbo situated in it's new home. I also tapped the water pump for the new fittings, and I made the idler pulley relocation bracket.

Did another big order through Summit for fuel line fittings and an FPR.
Bought some LS1 bolts.
Mounted the A1000.
Modded the in tank fuel pump hanger with a male -8an fitting from the Walbro 255 and a male -6an fitting for the return from the surge tank.
Hopefully the surge tank will be complete next week.
I need a bunch of sensor pigtails from an old engine harness, then I could start wiring up the AEM.

Yeah, i need to load some pics on pbase. I'll have to go back and find out where i left off. I've done a lot of little things lately, but it's little things that have been slowing me down.

I'm not going to list every little thing I did (I probably couldn't remember anyway), but there's been a few things that have stumped me in the last few months. I had tapped the water pump for a big pipe fittting, but I've decided instead to weld on a 1.5" mandrel bent aluminum tube to route away from the output of the pump to the upper radiator inlet.
Intercooler was from an NPR (truck) that I modified with new tanks.
The radiator was bought on Ebay for $70 new fitted for a Scion TC. We'll see how well it works.
Relocated the idler pulley,
installed a GM LS-to-TH400 flexplate,
built the surge tank,
fabbed all the fuel lines,
shortened the fuel rail for fitment behind the alternator,
fabbed almost all of intercooler piping, and
made some radiator brackets.
Still got lots to do.

Is that the waste gate port I see at the top of the passenger side feed pipe?? If so that will not work since when it opens the driver side will still be feeding the turbo at 100%. The waste gate needs to go in the merge right before the turbo.......

The wastegate will work; it will bleed off enough of the exhaust gasses to reduce turbine speed. Been done several times over.
If some reason it doesn't work out, i'll go twin 38's
