Wire it up to what??

Plug in Harness on Trans VSS, Plug in Computer, wire LS Harness to the Connectors on the car and make the **** work.

Why you using that?
The stock Speedo is an Analog signal, even on the 99-up stuff. The wire coming from the PCM will work fine for the stock 95 Gauges, unless you have a different cluster.

No speedo signal comes out of the BCM..it goes IN..

Speedo signal comes out of the PCM and gets split from there.. to the Cluster, Cruise Module, Radio(for the volume sensitive ones), BCM..and I havent seen really anything else.

You take the Speedo Signal wire from the PCM and run it directly to the Gauges.
