Default Fan on with key and not by temp?

My fan turns on immediately with the key. I had a tune done by Frost so I have no idea what he set it. Could it have been turned off in the computer to not be using the temp as a trigger? I would like it to turn on and off like normal. This is an '99 LS1 in a 67 Nova.
Thanks
J.

Did it start doing this right after the tune? Temps could be set low... but I didn't think that low. If its always done this you could have the trigger wire grounded out.

Either bad flash or fat finger fan settings.

This is a new build and everything seems to be working correctly except for this fan issue. So it could have a low fan setting or possibly set to come on with the key programmed in the PCM? I am new to these and have not purchased any tuning software yet.
Thanks

I agree with ls1nova71. I would check your wiring and make sure the wiring is cool. Is this a harness you purchased from someone or did you modify it yourself?

Drive it to Topeka and I can fix it in an hour. Wiring or tune related, I can fx it.
