Anyone ever swap a 6speed auto with paddle shifter?

TCI makes a 6 speed auto based off a 4l80e that can be paddle shifted, or jsut swap a complete 6l80/90e with computer.
OR do a google search they do make fully automated paddle shift kits for full manual cars so that its similar to what ferrari and other high end cars use but brace yourself. those kits run north of $3,000

Piece of cake! John Spears at Speartech has this all worked out. Got one in my 67 Chevelle wagon and I love it. The only downside of the 6L trans is the sheer size of it. They do not fit well in most older cars without doing some pretty serious trans tunnel modifications.
The TCI unit will probably give you a heart attack when you see how much they get for it!
