Default 2011 Holley LS Fest Engine Swap Challenge!!!

Holley is looking for two teams for the 2011 Engine Swap Challenge, are you interested!!!

If so please follow this link:

http://www.holley.com/LSFest/EngineSwap.asp

FYI they will make it a little harder, might not be able to remove body panels for example.

If you have any questions post away and I'll make sure the Holley LS Fest folks read this thread.

John!

I do my work fast when I am in the zone but 30 minutes out, in, and running is wild. I can do a VW bug in a little over an hour out, in, and running but that is just replacing vw with vw.

Well the guys that won last year were highly prepared, and had the front end of the Cutlass off in a few minutes. I think this year they will make the rules more stringent.

Who's interested!!!

When youve got a car setup just for that its easy. if i remember right the front clip was pinned on with 2 pins im sure everything was partially loose and everything doesnt have to be just perfect. I believe the fuel regulator was just laid on the intake lol. Just make the small drive with no problems and your ready to go. Little different then making sure it is ready for the next 50k or more miles.

Just thinking out loud.... a Camaro would be easy....unhook a few items and 6 bolts drop the subframe out

I guess a Mustang is similar ? (or any unibody car for that matter).
