Default No start and need help on swap

Engine: 2006 L59 DBW
Harness and TAC from same car

All 12v switched are getting 12V

Computer will see scanner.

Computer Seeing no RPM upon cranking

No injector pulse or spark while cranking.

fuel pump will run for 2 seconds in ACC position.

*edit had a meter on grounds and they all look good.

New rebuilt injectors.

What did I mess up? Any ideas?

I will check the sensor. I'll be surprised if that is the problem. Only 400 miles on this motor.

When you say you have power with key 'on' do you have power when the key is in the 'crank' position?

On a side note, would anyone be interested in my do-it-yourself failed harness?
I think I'm going to throw in the towel.

Did you make sure it's plugged in?

Another all too common first time no start problem.

crank sensor plugged in, taken out and re-plugged in.

Put a meter on the constant 12v, it reads 12v in crank and run.
Put a meter on the switched 12v, they read 12v in crank and run.

I must have missed or broken a wire somewhere in the harness.

DBW throttle blade is also unresponsive.

Thanks for the help so far!

When I was rewiring my harness I had a similar issue, pull the plug covers off and make sure all your pins are fully seated in the plug.
