Default Pink wires and orange wire question

Trying to chase down wiring issues and wondering if I did this backwards.

When putting power to the pink wires, do you put it towards the PCM or harness?

Same for the orange wire?
Thanks.

The connectors these are pulled from don't go directly to PCM. Nm

Power has to come from the car, to the pcm/harness. There's no other way for it to work.

I am not sure of your question. The pink wires are switched power, the orange wires are constant power. Each wire should be fused at a fuse box.

For some reason when I was tryig to figure this out in my head, I was thinking these wires lead to the PCM.

pink wires need power. they power all the stuff in your harness. orange wires also need power, they put power to your pcm.

The fuse size of each wire depends on what it is powering. The schematics for the harness will tell you what size fuses to run with each wire.

There are some really good "how to's" on building a wire harness on here. Pocket's threads come to mind. There are others that need recognition. I forget their names but used the information they provided. LT1swap.com has a good writeup on how to build the fuse/relay block, if that is what you are trying to do.
