Code Confusion
So this weekend i started driving my car. I got maybe 40 miles on the car when out of nowhere there was no response to pressing the pedal. It even idles lower than normal. Ive got a scanner so i pulled the codes and cleared them out. once i start it, it just idles lower than normal and the codes are right back.
Here are the codes.
P1516
Command VS Actual throttle position performance (Tac Module)
P0120
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A circuit
P0220
Throttle/Pedal Position Switch B Circuit
P2135
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A"/"B" Voltage Correlation
Now ive done some research and ive looked at my Yellow wire that hooks into my TB, i traced back about a foot and its fine.
Im thinking some sort of Hardware Failure, Its a New Pedal Assy. not to count that out but i would look at that last. The TAC came with my harness and engine. The TB was bought used and modded to fit my water pump, the Water barbs underneath it have been cut off.
I was thinking of just replacing the TB, but i figured id ask some of you before i waste money.
Thanks for looking

I'm dealing with this right now as well.
I'm reading:

All my stuff is from a 2006 Silverado with DBW. TAC, Pedal, TAC harness, computer, and throttle body. It is throwing every DBW it can.
From what I have read through searching here is that there can be several causes.
Bent or corroded pin on the TB, pedal or TAC, a broken wire, a bad ground that is not letting the proper reference voltage through. I'd check grounds first, even if they look good, clean them off again.
Mine problem persists and I have Jon at PSI looking at the hardware to see if he can troubleshoot it better than I.
I'll let you know what I find out if you haven't solved it by then.

Does the throttle body have two connectors (6/2) or one connector (8 pin, stock on a 2005)?
