Default lm7 with 1991 5 speed

i bought a 5 speed tranny i hope to use with my lm7 its out of a 2000 1500. im running a camaro harness and pcm and i already have a pulse generator i can use for the ls1 pcm for my speed o to work. iv read a few places about the crank was longer or something on the 2000 models. if itll work what flexplate will i have to use?

5 speed auto or manual? I'm gonna move this to conversions as those guys are pretty smart in that section.............

Your prob thinking about the 99-2000 6.0s that have the longer crank, the iron headed 6.0. I think you need a flywheel spacer for the old trans

I could be wrong

What is it a nv3500? you mean flywheel I guess?

NV3500 is a 1/2 ton Truck 5 speed manual transmission.
