what crossmember on first gen I've got hooker plates on my 68 that are supposed to put my 4l65 bellhousing in the stock location but I can't find a crossmember. I bought a CPP unit for a 700re but its not going to work. Anybody know what crossmember I can use with these plates? Will the crossmember I have work with different plates? What plates/crossmember did you use on your later 4l60e swap?
