Default Codes on my LQ4/LS3.

Car is 68 camaro with LQ4. Has been running fine in open loop (open headers, no O2) for about 30+ starts. Have been waiting for driveshaft.

This morning I had a little bit of an issue. My MAF/Air Temp sensor wire touched the belt. This happened:

This was giving me a crank but no-start condition. It actually blew a fuse, which I replaced.
I separated the wires and put tape around each individual one and taped it back together. Now my obdII software doesn't read the map (constant 3.0hg), the TPS reads zero on the software (key in pedal off) regardless of throttle position. MAF I believe also did not read correctly, but strangely, air intake temp does come up accurate.

Computer is throwing following codes:

P0101 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
p0641 Engine Sensor Reference Voltage Problem (related to MAP)
P0650 MIL circuit incorrect (I don't worry about this)

Key in RUN engine OFF, the connectors are giving me strange voltages. Sometimes she will start and run (no TPS/MAP/MAF readings in OBDII), other times, engine will fire and die right after one cycle.
What is my next option? Do these share a similar ground/power?
