Default No throttle when in gear DBW Help

I have been searching, but have yet to find an answer. I have put a 2005 GTO ls2 into a 57 chevy, DBW, Automatic. I had the harness and computer reworked by wait4me.
The car starts up and when in park revs like normal. When I put the car in gear the car will not rev. I need to redo the tcc wire. I have it wired straight to the brake light switch and have found out on this site that it needs 12v when brakes are not applied and open when brakes are applied. I do not see how this would affect the DBW pedal.

Any thoughts

The torque level is limited if it thinks the brakes are on.

I will be fixing that right away this afternoon, but the pedel seemed completely dead, unless in park. Not just torque limited.

Help! I still have no throttle when in gear. Everything else seems to work fine. I can idle the car around. Cooling fans work. Any more ideas?

Would the TCM have any effect on the throttle? It is the only part of the set up that was not original. The original was already taken from the car so we got a replacement from a truck. The TCM was sent with the pcm and wiring harness to be reprogramed. The car moves forward and backwards just no throttle when in gear.

Do you think this could be a programing problem?

After he is done telling you how awesome he is, and that he could never have made a mistake, maybe Jessie will offer to help.

Well still no response from Wait 4 Me. I sent Mark an email at street and performance and he offered to help. He offered to have me send the ecu to him and they'd test it. If Mark's tune fixes the problem I should be able to ask Jesse for a refund.

Default Harness

My original LS2 stock harness was reworked by Jesse at Wait4me in 2008 well I as not impressed with the quality especially after having to send it to him three different times to fix his poor quality work, I also had difficulty getting to actually speak with him. I then had a harness built for a LS2 & T56 the harness was built by Speartech and I sourced a "411" PCM from a Siverado that they re-program, and I sourced a DBW pedal from a 2003 corvette and then I sourced a TAC from still another 2000 corvette, I didn't want the problems you are having so I sent my three items to Speartech and when he had everything ready they tested it on a actual engine with the same throttle body as I have to verify all of my used sourced parts were compatible and in working order. I think that is something you might need to do, or you may be chasing that gremlin for awhile. I have dealt with Mark at S&P and he is very helpful And knowledgable but I believe they outsource their harnesses, it is usually better to deal with the actual technician that does the work on he harness and I know you dont want to hear this but I would bet the problem is probably in the harness and not the PCM. Good Luck
