Default '62 Nova with LS1 finished

It has been so long since we started working on the old car that I even forgot that it could ever be finished It is as done as a project can ever really be (there are lots of things I want to still do) after 6 years. It started out as a big POS and has gradually come back to being a pretty nice little car. I would say the nicest Nova I have ever had. I had not had a Nova for 25 years and wow have things changed! When I started the project it was unusual to have an LS1 and now they are common. I have learned so much that I am amazed. With the help of people here and StevesNovaSite.com it was way easier to get the car done than if I could not ask questions of experts. It has been a long project but I am not unhappy about it at all. Working on the Nova and figuring out the problems has been a good thing for me. I got to spend a lot of time with my son before he went away to college, I learned things I really wanted to know, and I was the boss – no one was looking over my shoulder telling me I was doing something wrong, I was the final decision maker. You may not care for some things I did but it is how I wanted it.

A picture is below and a link to a video on You Tube of the car my son made. Thanks to everyone and keep on hot rodding!
