crosstraining

I went to start my car today after several weeks of sitting and the fuel pump would not turn on. I checked power wir continuity and it was good. It does not seem to be getting power though. I put a test light on it and turned the key & it did not light up. The fuses all checked out OK. Does anyone have any other ideas? I think it may be something in the fuse block or PCM. The pump could be bad, but I don't think so. What else could it be?

Check the wire coming from the pcm for 12V when you turn the key on.
