I fell in love with the Fox Bodys around '87-'88.

After I re-started reading GM High Tech Performance & joined this site I came around to the LS engines.

You have a beautifull car there, what colour is that?

You need new front seats! That color is awesome. I thought about going that route myself. My Mustang is also a tribute to a friend who passed. Is the other one waiting for an LSX swap too?

Yes, you can gut the new nose with the old fenders. You have to drill some hole for the molding if I remeber right. Unless thats just the GT front.

the ls3 water pump i picked up had the heater hoses welded off, i wont be running heat so it will look cleaner than a hose looped.

i pulled my old ratty red dash ditch the heater and all the factory wiring and picked up a painless 12circuit street car harness. picked up a 4.8 with 69k and a 4l60e w/75k. scored a florida 5.0 cluster for a steal! also picked up mounts, trans crossmember, dynatech headers and trans cooler. i stripped the 4.8 of all the stuff i wont be using, cleaned up the ls1 intake and set it on for pics. picked up ls3 water pump, ls1 crank pulley and ls1 alternator bracket. ive been slowly gathering parts as cash flow allows the motor and trans is home now so progress should be much quicker.

hoping to do the first test fit thiss week.
