Default Circuit 439

Before anyone starts flaming me to do a search i have looked at many pinouts and they all pretty much say the same thing.

this is a 2002 5.3 PCM

here is the question, wire 20, orange on the C1 blue PCM connector is battery positive voltage, that means key on power to this wire. wire no. 19, pink, is ignition voltage, does this mean power to this wire only when cranking or all the time when key is on?

here is the pinout im referencing, its about 1/4 the down the page.

'Battery Positive Voltage' means that it has power all the time. Ignition power has power with key 'On' and 'Cranking'. Hope that helps. I refrained from telling you to do research.
