Are you talking about the adapter plate to mount the 98-02 F-Body Hyd Master ?..
ATS (now Speed Tech) was the 1st one to market and I think they own the Paten or Rights. S&P does Market the plate also.
If you search the FAQ, you will find the template. I used it to make might for my Chevelle.. same plate is used.

I used a S&P one that I bought about 3 years ago I believe it is either 3/16 or 1/4 thick probably the thinner one as when you press on the clutch pedal and you can actually see the plate flex. now having said that it works just fine and has for over 2 years now, but in that 2 years I have only put about a thousand miles on my car.

I used the template that is foiund in both the FAQ here and the S&P Project/documentation. I made it out of 1/4" steel plate also.. but I also re-enforced it in the V area so I would not flex any. It been since 2006 and no problems..
If done again, I would use 5/16" next time.

American Powertrain makes a setup with the master cylinder, HRB, stainless braided line, and an adustable bracket, using a wilwood master. It also comes where the resivoir can be mounted remotely. It is a little pricey, but for what you get not too bad. Thinking about using it for my build, instead of the adapter plates.
