Default 70 stepside 6.0 swap

Well, truck is getting closer to done and thought I would make a small build thread that might help someone out.

What it is: 1970 chevy c10, motor is out of a 2004 hummer, trans is out of 2005 half ton truck, fuel cell, drive by wire, auto meter gauges and used mp112.

This is to be a build on the cheap. I am using parts from eBay, craigslist and junkyard parts. I am only getting new parts when I can't find cheap ones.

Hope this helps someone or is good for a laugh.

Here is the motor first in the frame. Used v8 sbc mounts and adaptor plates for the 6.0 block. Took the old cross over from the old trans and mad it work for the 4l60e trans.

Not sure if this will work but here is the video of the fist time starting it up. The power is from a light switch I wired up and the drive by wire padel is hooked to the core suport with a clamp.

Here are some pics of more of the body on and the fuel cell with the regulator. I used a vette regulator/fuel filter.
