Dumb question but what is the difference between "truck" and "car" wires? I have an LQ4 with 243 heads so does that mean I need truck or car wires?

Also plan on making 400whp so should I get the NGK TR55 or the TR6?

Length is the only difference in the wires. Choose wire type based on coil/bracket type. IIRC only the triangle style coils require the truck wires. They're easy to spot with the contact over the coil vs on the end
