Default Exhaust????

So I had my C5 on the lift at work the other day, oil change, and was looking at the manifolds. They look like they may work well on the Chevelle. has anyone done this? They also look like they may work well fliped for the turbos. Has anyone tried this? I was considering LTs for the C5, then I could use the manifolds for the Chevelle, but the LTs are pretty expensive. Very budget minded, LMAO. Any input would be appreciated.

Generally the Vette headers are Center exit, which would come into contact with the Crossmember. .F-Body ones which the exit location are more located rearward, does clear with just enough space.

Other might have been able to get them to clear.. but I would think it would be very tight. But if your going Turbo,. then that might be good.

Default Manifolds

Couldn't make the C5 , C6 or GTO manifolds work on my 65 Cutlas. Looks like the 2010 Camaro will work though. Will know for sure shortly.

The Truck Manifolds well usually are too wide and make contact with the Side Frame and/or Steering box.

F-Body Manifold are your best bet (upside down Truck if going Turbo).
